This piece begins with a simple drone, then soft keyboard tones are added. Ambient guitar melodies are introduced followed by strums of a single chord. Keyboard plucks and other swirling sounds join in throughout. My guitar and the instruments are tuned to A=432Hz. There is one simple affirmation repeated 108 times – “I am healthy, wealthy, and wise.” This affirmation is a classic because it is honest, direct, and it covers so much of what we need to make us happy.
