Hi everyone! We had the fortunate opportunity to edit original Super 8 film footage from the 1970s in Santa Barbara. 🛹🏄📽️
It has Early Skate, Make-Shift Ramps, Skating Pools, The Tea Bowl (before it was blown up or had any graffiti)… and Surfing The Pit and Braemar. It also has what looks like the very first wheelie kid!
The Soundtrack is all Santa Barbara Bands, including Maheekats, Fox & Hopton and ComboNation!
Paul Longo was the mastermind behind this footage. If it wouldn’t have been for his vision and creativity, this film would not exist. We’ve edited the film in his honor. Also, a huge thanks to Dana Longo for digitizing the footage.
